Very Disappointed

I visited with my family when they first opened a few years ago, and it was so disappointing, especially for a grand opening, that I never returned. Sounds like it hasn't changed much. The service was slow, the food wasn't good, and it was expensive. I'm a quick learner, so that was it for me.

It's OK

I haven't eaten here, but I do know that the time it takes for someone to come to you is far too long. I come to get seafood. A pro is that you can get fresh seafood from here (not cooked). A con is the service.

I have been to Lapointe's twice. Both times were a huge disappointment. Expensive, sub-par food and lousy service.

Very disappointed with service and luncheon...

Very disappointed with service and luncheon prices. Actually, they don't aven have a lunch menu --- you just get their supper menu. Even though the place was empty, the service was poor and slow. If you want to blow $40 for a mediocre lunch for 2 people and get lousy service --- this is the place for you. As for us, we won't be back.
