Beecroft Appliance Repair

I have a 2yr old Frigidaire Dishwasher Model FGID2474QF3B. The normal and heavy cycles do not complete . The Tec attended and Diagnosed the control panel as the problem. Replaced board ..same problem. Control board not defective .Contacted Frigidaire, problem is pressure switch. Spoke to the tec about the misdiagnosed problem and he became very defensive , rude and condescending. He hung up. $450 later- dishwasher isn’t repaired. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM [VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

A couple of hundred dollars later and still not repaired. The owner would not even talk to me. Do not use.

they came 5 times...

they came 5 times to fix my son's 2 year old Maytag fridge & still could not fix it . They took $400.00 from him for repairs & his fridge is not working.

I will never use this company ever again,Feb 2015 my husband and i bought a brand new fridge from GE and two days later we had to put in a service call due to weird grinding noises well this company was sent out the tech could not find the noise so he proceeded to turn the thermostat on and off quite a few times trying to get the fridge to make the noise well in doing so the tech left the thermostat off so all my$150 of food was thawed and had to be tossed out when i contacted the company right
