    The sales associate was polite and offered good customer service. He also has great product knowledge and reasonable price offers. I would recommend cell one as the next best stop.

    Horrible customer service and cheap products. I replaced my iPad screen and it broke again As soon as i held it. They would not refund or replace again unless i paid.

    Cracked my iPhone screen. Cell one replaced the screen. The phone has not acted proper since and the screen has black spots. They said there is no warranty. I highly recommend shopping around. This place is very disappointing.

    Perfect Services Their customer services are excellent and provide minimum cost compare to others outside to replace the screens of Iphones and Samsung which I fixed last week. Their accessories are originals and they always tell the truth if it is generic. Based on my personal experience since long time I recommend all to visit their stores. Christine

    I would recommend to visit all to visit Cellone. They always provide excellent services and charges are nominal for the phones repair and always ready to help. Their cell phones and accessories genuine never lies it and their products are upto the standard. I read the bad reviews which are not true I always buys from there since years and never cheated nor lies.

    PERFECT SERVICE.....

    PERFECT SERVICE...very nice and helpful..done everything i requested and more they didn't have to do..I CHOSE the phone i wanted and he helped me set it up...as for the bad reviews..yes i was skeptical...i watched a guy come in screaming and acting like a big shot in front of his girlfriend and trying to belittle the man behind the counter as if he was nothing...guy was polite and trying to explain..the customer was totally acting out like the world owned him..I'm a customer 4life..good prices!!

    Very poor service...

    Very poor service.Poor communication. I Paid 40.00 for a cell phone unlock code and waited for weeks and to find out they were unable to perform the service. I was told to get a refund. I am on a overseas trip and has no phone because of there inability to provide the service promised.

    You ordered an unlock code for BB Classic which is not yet registered in the Canadian Database of IMEI's. We tried 3rd party and official Blackberry servers but the code was rejected. You were also told there is 100% Refund if we cannot unlock it. We NEVER proceed with Unlockings or Repair unless the Buyer Authorizes the time frame. Sorry to say but Swearing in messages on our website is not appropriate behaviour when the business has a Money Back policy

    Great service. We had a deal with them for the past 3 years and got about 20-30 phones fixed every week. Heres what's great about them: -They buy parts locally and if our customer ever had a problem with the repair, they would replace it free of charge within 30 days -Super fast repairs, usually 10-20mins per phone -On site Soldering repairs, Not the average coffee shop They could maybe hire another guy, it gets busy sometimes with only one tech. Other than that, Go for it guys

    My Brother Bought...

    My Brother Bought Three Phones, paid CASH they did not give any receipt after taking home to another country Front scren started coming out, brought the phone back to them and they REFUSED to do anything, very rude! Contacting Better Business.

    All 3 Phones were bought in August 2014. Buyer was given a tremendous employee discount of 70$ off per phone due to one of our worker and his relationship with the family.We were notified in Feb-2015 that one of the phones had an LCD issue of falling out of its bezel while all phone were turned-on and tested , and were free of defects when bought. We do not cover physical damage of any kind nor does Samsung or Apple under their limited warranty of 1 year. We offered 3 options to the buyer 1) We will replace the LCD at cost price of 110$ for his Samsung S4 2) Buyer can bring a new LCD in and we would not charge any labour fees to replace LCD 3) Buyer can get expert opinion from any Professional Cell Phone Repair business and if the opinion states that there is no Physical damage, we can replace LCD at no cost. Individuals buy phones all the time and when their kids or relatives break them, they blindly believe their false assumptions and excuses of "how it were like that when bought". We are going out of our way to help this person at cost price despite the fact: 1) He is not the Original Buyer. We do not owe him anything bylaw 2) He has already tried to damage the business reputation by spreading rumours to the community and the local Mosque/Church 3) He has accused the business of not paying taxes when all of our businesses have never been under investigation or Audited by CRA. Our HST number is available on request. We respect all religions and faiths but just because you are a Muslim, does not mean we will bend backs to accommodate illicit requests to give you free replacements under the table.

    excellent service...

    excellent service, I have lways been a customer and i have never been dissapointed. I left my wifes phone today to get a lcd replaced, and within a few hours the phone looked brand new again.

    I worked there, Its worth checking out

    Worked there for a bit. Got free stuff on the house like cables, cases, etc. I might get another contract from them to do their marketing. I must admit their technicians in the past were not professionals and lacked a learning curve but I believe things have started to turn around as of June 2nd 2014 ( I can see the owner has replied to everyone too lol). Will keep everyone updated

    Terrible service ...

    Terrible service they know nothing about cell phone repairs or use. Had no clue how to do something as basic as swapping info from one blackberry to another. He had to look up how to do it on google and it took him over an hour to complete the job.

By law, we are not allowed to handle personal information such as Pictures, Contacts, Messages etc. If our Technician did come across handling such information then he went out of his way to do it.     Horrible service

    So sad that this has to be their first customer review. Gave my phone for repairs and left it there for 2 weeks assuming the professionals would take care of it. Was I ever wrong... Never did I get a phone call. I had to call numerous times and then they claimed that there was a software problem. I called back again and they then told me they could not repair the problem. When I wanted to pickup my phone the next morning they told me to come in the afternoon. Now I am wondering where is my phone. Long story short, these guys have no clue what they doing, bad customer service and whatever you do don't be fooled by been called BROTHER:) if that's how they treat a brother.......

    Hello, I am the owner of Cell One. You came to the store with a dead phone and no clue about what that problem was. Since the first day, we are committed to offering Free Diagnosis of the phone even if we are unable to fix it. With that being said, we were in the initial stages of opening the business and could not update you everyday on how your phone was doing ( In fact even a multimillion dollar company like Rogers cannot call you back everyday). Anyhow we did not charge you anything and you we told you the problem but you went out of your way to get your message across. We appreciate your feedback
