Low's cut and fit glass shelves for a cabinet of mine, the results were beautiful. I was very impressed with the customer service I received. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company for your glass and mirror needs. Great job, I know I'll be back!
We have been clients for years and have always received top notch service for both our business and home. Russ and staff have capably come up with creative solutions in a timely fashion for our business. We bought Marvin windows for our home and their service and follow-up have been great! In fact, Scott who sold us our windows is coming by today to fix a window that I managed to get off-track. Nate offered too. Now that's service!
I contracted for a small glass case. When completed, the case was not square and had overlapping joints, but I was told that this was the best they would do, and it was “within tolerance”. I had another case made by another firm, with square and perfectly aligned joints. On showing this to Low’s, Russ, the owner, was totally disinterested, expressed no concern, and offered no recompense. The most distressing thing to me was the attitude! They certainly did not demonstrate pride in workmanship!
