Lows does a very clean and professional job. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They can customize glass and mirrors to fit any size. Lows has done some shower wall installs on some of our job sites and they do a phenomal job. They take pride in their work and pay attention to the fine details. Lows is the place to go if you’re looking for expertise and an excellent finished product!
Low’s replaced about 22 windows (in 2 instalments, a couple years apart) in our house that we’re still original from 1985. Both times they were prompt, professional and courteous. Install was fast and complete - removal and disposal of old windows and installed new ones with trim and caulking and everything. Since then we’ve actually had to turn our thermostat down by 2 degrees because it was too hot in our house - didn’t realize how much our old windows leaked! Would highly recommend Low’s!!

Russ and staff have capably come up with creative solutions in a timely fashion for our business. We bought Marvin windows for our home and their service and follow-up have been great! In fact, Scott who sold us our windows is coming by today to fix a window that I managed to get off-track. Nate offered too. Now that's service!
I contracted for a small glass case. When completed, the case was not square and had overlapping joints, but I was told that this was the best they would do, and it was “within tolerance”. I had another case made by another firm, with square and perfectly aligned joints. On showing this to Low’s, Russ, the owner, was totally disinterested, expressed no concern, and offered no recompense. The most distressing thing to me was the attitude! They certainly did not demonstrate pride in workmanship!
