I walked in to the store and not only was the store really clean and tidy, but i was greeted by a very friendly woman, i explained my issues with my computer thinking it was my harddrive that was blown.
So she told me it would be in my best interest to get a diagnostic, to find exactly what the problem was. So i got a call a couple days later to find out that it was actually viruses and not my harddrive. So i said to go ahead and fix it. So later that day i got a call saying it was fixed and ready for me to pick up. That was 4 months now and its been working great. Now i will bring all my computers to get fixed there! im so happy my friends recommended them.
I was welcome by a friendly lady...can't remember her name. So I explain to her that my laptop would work fine then randomly shut down by itself. Then sometime it would be fine for a week with no problem, then start again. So I ask if she had any idea what could cause this and approx how much it would cost. She couldn't tell me as she wasn't a tech. So I had to re explain my story to the tech. I leave the laptop at the store for a diagnostic, then a few days later frank calls me and says it some kind of board issue and it need to be sent out and should take about 2 weeks give or take to get it repair if it is fixable.
Well after 1 month and 2 weeks got the laptop back with the same issue and minus $150 in my wallet. Not too impress, so the thing is in the garbage now.
I don't recommend this store.
We are sorry you experienced difficulties with your computer after
repair. We do make all customers aware of warranty policies upon pickup
however. SInce only two weeks had elapsed when you had your problems, this issue would have been repaired for free had you returned the laptop to the store. The type of repair you received was beyond our control since it was done at the manufacturer of your laptop and not by us. However, we always work with customers under these circumstances and we could have gotten your issue resolved quickly, without cost to you had you called us.

Service with Style
PCParamedics is located in central downtown Sudbury and provides excellent service and products for its customers. The store itself is spacious, well layed out and is "user friendly".The display area is bright and welcoming. When you enter the store you are always greeted with a warm smile, a friendly hello and expert knowledge in computers, computer repairs and services! The staff and owner of PCParamedics go above and beyond their "call of duty" to assist their customers with all of their computer needs! It is my pleasure to highly recommend PCParamedics for its exceptional service, products and professionalism.

I have recently had the pleasure of bringing my computer in to the boys at PC Paramedics. My computer was fixed in no time!!!! I was super impressed by their friendly advice, and extremely reasonable rates. They were time efficient, very knowledgeable and courteous. The warm, clean, well stocked and welcoming atmosphere just can't be beat!! They advised me that they can order almost anything that I might need if they do not have it in stock, and that it doesn't take very long to be shipped in.
