Have taken a couple of my Herp pets over the years. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, shows love to even the "non-standard" pets. Dr Kerr is very knowledgeable in Herpetology, and has even added knowledge I didn't already have in my twenty-five years of Herp Husbandry experience. Suggest that anyone who has a reptilian in their life (pet not significant other) go see Dr Kerr at the Thorold Veterinary Hospital.
We love this vet hospital/clinic. Everybody there is fabulous...so personable, caring, passionate about animals and helpful. The facilities are clean, the prices are so reasonable and you never have to wait long. I have nothing but good to say...could go on and on about how fantastic they all are...

Pricing so far has been the best in the area. wait times with an appointment all most to the letter, but this is hospital and emergency's do come in. so you have to have little understanding for these moments, over all I am very happy with Thorold Veteriary hospital and it's staff.
