AVOID this place at all costs. They ruined my Hugo Boss raincoat and would not give a refund. My raincoat had isolated visible stains in the neck area that spread all over the front and back of coat after "cleaning". It also came back crinkly / puckered and the laser-cut expressed seams (which Svetlana called "undone to begin with") came back disastrously frayed. I now have a coat that has fringe everywhere. SVETLANA CANNOT BE TRUSTED. Please do not patronize this establishment.
Had horrible experience at Dove Cleaners on Church Street. Was blamed for their mix up and accused of not wanting to pay. I paid over $200 to have tuxedo altered and didn't question charge but second suit was not done. Needed suit for wedding in two days. Svetlana blamed me for not paying.
Horrible experience. Will never go back.
