Worst vet experience I’ve had. Worst clinic experience I’ve had. Worst care I’ve received for my pet. If there’s anything I’ve had to learn through this clinic and the situations they’ve put peoples pets in, its that this clinic only cares about profit. PLEASE get estimates elsewhere from any other vet before allowing this clinic to treat your animal.
There is nothing but profit on the staff and vet’s mind, and your animals deserve better than them. I wish I had known before I went.
When my cat became ill, they fit her in immediately! We were so worried, but their professional really helped. The staff handled the covid precautions seamlessly and cautiously. Communications were excellent. They also didnt gouge me on fees. Never had a better vet experience in 40+ years of pet ownership!
After being in London for five hours at the emergency vet there, they still wouldn’t even take a look at my dog while it sat in their crate for five hours I ended up getting my dog back and drove straight to Windsor, Walker Road Animal Hospital save my dogs life and at a reasonable price and a very fast treatment! I will stand behind this review 100%
Poor treatment of my dog who was having trouble breathing. They didn’t see this as an emergency. The receptionists priority was telling everyone it was going to be a long wait, period end of story. No one asked what was wrong...didn’t check her ....just “It’s going to be a long wait have a seat.” And it was. She needed a procedure that the vet had never done before. He was nice enough but didn’t foster confidence...seemed more interested in covering his ass ...I could go on if I had more room.
