We had a fantastic experience dealing with several employees at this location. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend them for awesome salespeople and customer service.
This company is pathetic ! There customer service is non existent and frustrating . They take no responsibility for the products they sell referring every issue to the manufacturer . Funny thing is once the manufacturer offers a refund on a faulty product Best Buy jumps back in and insists that you must repurchase through them . Really they are only middle men for third party suppliers . Go elsewhere this is not a reputable company .
Awful customer experience by a girl named Emily, she obviously didn't want to be there, knew about any of their products and didn't care to help me with my issue. Don't bother to call Future Shop in Charlottetown because they never answer their phone. Their thinking is, if they are with a customer then they should NOT answer the phone. What about the customer on the phone? Try hitting '0' and they don't answer either. Waste of money on a long distance call. Why even post the phone number in the first place if no one is going to answer?
