Very bad.The didn't open shop on open hours without any notice. I my suit was stuck in there. I miss the wedding. Very bad service

I brought in two dresses to have altered. The lady that served me was courteous and provided a time frame when the dresses would be ready. The price was very affordable and ready on time. They also fit perfectly and she did an amazing job! Thank you!

The down winter jacket I wore twice looks like a 2-year old jacket. The leather trims are all used/worn as if washed with water many times and there was a missing button. I was told: Buttons fall off all the time. This was a pricey jacket (rudsak), worn twice! No compensation was offered and of course, they only take cash. The ATM payment option is out of service (and the lady who helped me said, it takes a long time to change the payment system)DO NOT GO THERE. Bad service, all the way
