Agree !!! Terrible !! For my part I never blame the employees,Like any business, employees are just a reflection of the administration. We kind of forget that. Like any other call center,they are no doubt under paid, under pressure and poor HR condition. I learned that I cannot afford cheap so I just hired more receptionist and it did the trick now I am back on gold :-)
