Cocktail Hawaii was founded in 1998 by the father of current owner Waseem Ramli. Although many years would pass before Waseem took over, he had always been part of the family business. It was therefor a natural step to take his father's place and continue to do something he was passionate about.
This family story does not end there. It includes a very welcoming staff and an inviting atmosphere. In addition, Waseem looks for very friendly and smiling people when it comes time to hire a new employee. "We treat our customers like friends so I look for employees who are very friendly," he says.
