TM'z Veterinary Clinic

I had been a customer for over 10 years and I was extremely happy with them in the beginning but as many others have stated the service has been getting worse and worse over the years. My last appointment was for shots and one other issue. The vet forgot to do the shots and called me that evening apologizing and stating that I could book back in at my convenience and would only be charged for the shots and not the appointment. Mortifying. Received vague dental quote. Requested small wound to be checked at appointment for bloodwork. Receptionist rolled her eyes, could get him in next day. Declined offer. Wound got infected. Asked if it could be checked while in surgery and requested vacc as well. No records of vacc request. Very focused on billing but ZERO empathy or concern for my pet. Surgery cancelled (power outage). Wound never checked. It took 2 weeks and $25 to transfer records to another vet. BRUTAL.

They are by far more affordable than anyone else in the regina area, very nice and professional people. They gave me treats for my cat, and treats for me too lol! 10/10 recommend!!

Horrible service - Was told by the manager that I had been snarky to staff members, which was not the case. I was also told by the manager that if I did not pay in full that I would not get my animal back. I did speak with a vet tech who was rude also and when asked to break down the price of specifics as I was being charged $500 + more than what was originally quoted I was told that I should understand what was happening at this point and they didnt need to explain. Dont go here.

I have been taking my pets here for years, absolutely the best clinic I have been to.

I am really surprised someone did not get the great service we do every time we take our dog there,helpful staff, expertise knowledge and prompt service worth the half hour drive and the discounted prices compared to city veterinarians.Keep up the good work Saskatchewan pets and owners appreciate you and all that you do.

My old man "17" was treated with love and care. He made it through his surgery because of the vigelance of the staff. Thank you.

Called them on Dec 29th to get an appointment to have our very sick old cat (their patient for several years) checked and likely euthanized. They offered a Jan 9th appointment. Really? Used to be a great place, but they've lost interest in the animals they're there for, and treat their owners like distasteful interruptions.

We were advised by every person at our local dog park to take our pug to TMZ when he needed a 2nd a cancerous lump removal. Needless to say, the 30 minute drive to Lumsden from Regina was worth it! TMZ took incredible care of both our dog and of us. Extraordinary care, skilled doctors/surgeons, compassion, & the lowest prices anywhere. I asked once why they have such low prices, & the receptionist replied 'we would rather see people be able to afford to care for their pets'. Enough said! :)

The folks at TMz were wonderful. We took our 16 year old Siberian Husky there to help him cross the bridge. The doctor and staff were so kind as this was a very difficult time for us. They had his urn back to us with in a week, his clay paw prints were stunning. I couldn't have asked for treatment.

I was surprised to see bad review on this clinic. Because when I needed help with my dog, I had best service from professional helpful and understanding people. They were not just ordinary doctors doing their job. They really cared like it was their dog.
