The service technician arrived within the stated time. He was prepared, knowledgeable, friendly, and also very kind to my wild pack of dogs. He fixed two of my appliances and provided me with information to make an informed decision about repairing the third appliance. Their rates are more than reasonable. The first time I used Jay Will Appliances, it was for a dishwasher repair. He said that he could fix the problem but it would probably be cheaper to replace the dishwasher itself. I truly appreciated his honesty. I recently called him again for a fridge repair. He put time and effort into researching and providing information for a possible fix.
