Excellent hospital for what they do. This is not a big city, full service hospital. They do have in house X-ray and blood analysis, and other services. At the ER, it is hit or miss on which doctor is on duty, as town doctors rotate coverage. In my 20+ years of using their service, I’ve always been satisfied, and sometimes much more than that, with the doctor on duty. Wait times are usually much shorter than other ERs, but you will be given an appropriate priority. Read more

On Aug 8th I had to take my wife to the emergency at St. John regional hospital at about 0630 PM hrs , anyway we would like to thank all the hospital staff & medical people for the service we received , we were processed by triage and the medical system within two hrs and that was including getting to a drug store . The NB government and the St John Regional hospital can be proud of this service, thetheir organization and system. Being from AB this visit in Our hosp would have been 6-8 hrs min. Read more

I was on vacation in New Brunswick and had to go to the Oromocto hospital because of stomach pains. They were wonderful and thorough....did x-rays, ultrasound, and organized a CT scan for the next day. Doctor Linda Hebb and the other members of the medical staff were excellent.
