I took my k5 blazer in for transmission problems and doug took great care of me. He explained the problems with what I wanted , then helped me decide the better action. Since then I've had the rearend beefed up and now a b&m shifter installed. These guys are great! They covered my repairs, no problem , and even checked out other problems not tranny, rearend, or shifter related. its hard to find good people these days, but I would recommend Maple Ridge Transmission to everyone! I knew my Allison transmission was due for a rebuild, on my way to work it just stopped working and was leaking oil. I brought it to Benz for a rebuild, they called and said they found a crack in the spin on oil filter and it was low 4 liters! after they filled it up it was working fine. I appreciated the honesty and decided to have the transmission done anyway for peace of mind (320k) with a tuner. I have a 1 year warranty and hope the tranny performs well. overall great service so far. Read more
