Bought Whirlpool fridge(Jan),it stopped cooling. Whirlpool cust service did not repair fridge for over 2 months. Contacted Essex Appliance who spoke to Whirlpool on my behalf and followed up with me. They said I can pick out a new unit since Whirlpool not fixing fridge. Michelle was such a help checking the warehouse to see what fridges were in stock so we could get one delivered right away. She answered all my questions about differences in products and was such a delight to talk to. Read more
