I called Ken this morning and left a message. He called me back within a few minutes. Ken is very knowledgeable and helpful and I trust his advice. Years ago he installed satellite service at my cottage and couldn't get a strong enough signal because of all the trees. He improvised and put the dish on the roof of the outhouse and I've had many years of great TV viewing...thanks Ken! Read more
