I've been to the King St one twice and liked it alot. But I would have to say the Waterloo one is not even close to being good. The one thing that is most important to me as a consumer is the service I am givin. This was my first visit to the Waterloo one. I was happy that we were seated right away. Got our order in, drinks came shortly. BUT, when it came to the food we ordered, we only got a quarter of it. So we ordered again and once again only 2 out of the 5 we ordered we got. After not even an hour a server came up to our table and asked us if we would like anything else because their lunch is over and they will stop serving....Ok, I just thought that was RUDE!! I understand that because I work in this industry, but you can't just stop serving your customers after a certain time!(we weren't the only ones in the resturant) When we went up to pay there was a big tip jar and we put our tip in there first cause we were paying by debit. After paying Debit the cashier noticed we didn't tip on our debit. So she had the nerve to put her hand into the tip jar and push the money down trying to give us a hint....We got the hint, but ignored it cause we already tipped. As we made out way out I could not believe she said "Excuse me Tip!" Last time I checked tipping was up to the customer not the cashier!! Thanks to this experience I know that I will not be going there anymore.
