Five star cleaning did an amazing job in not only cleaning our 3 antique rugs but also did a very great job in repairing them as well. Since these rugs given to me by my dad. We had flooded basement and called few companies and e-mailed them to get help, but got no response from any except Five Star Emergency got back to us quickly. Their crew came over promptly. They emergency and restoration services were outstanding and professional with reasonable cost. Since we were happy with their services we got them to clean our rugs as well. We recommend their great emergency, restoration and rug cleaning services to others.

Flood Emergency Services in our basement
5 Star Flood Emergency did a great job in our flooded basement. Our basement carpet was wet due to flood recently. We found 5 Star company and called them up. Bob and his crew were very polite and very professional in dealing with the flooded basement. They dried, changed the under pad, and fixed the baseboards, steam clean the carpet and dis infect the carpets. Thank you so much for their amazing services in 4 days we had our basement back to normal, even cleaner and fresher than before.

Wet basement and water damage due to recet rains
We called couple of companies to come in and give us estimate for our wet carpeted basement. Five Star cleaning company was one of them. Bob came in very politely, honestly and gave us couple of options with different cost. From the beginning. After discussed with my husband we decided to go with bob and his company. They did very professional job, in drying, cleaning, dis infecting, getting rid off all wet under pads and replacing them with new ones. in 5 Days our basement was back to normal, well cleaned and fresh. He gave us few very useful clues in how to maintain our drains around the house well maintained to prevent future floods. We appreciated their great services, professionalism, well mannered , very considerate towards our stuff in basement and very honest people to deal with. We strongly recommend their great services to others.
