I went to Napolis for our annual Deloitte outting, the service was great the food was delicious. Very busy place and I can see why, one of the best restaurants in town, make a reservation.
I really don't know what these people below are talking about, but they must not be going to the same restaurant we are! We have been going for quite a few years now and we have never had an unpleasant experience!
I strongly recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family, and they always enjoy it.
You must try the seafood linguine (so many mussels and shrimp) and the best pizza in this part of town by far!

- garlic mashed potatoes (very lumpy but DRY taste)

The bad:
- service, came by late, screwed up orders, gave us bill before we asked (at a practically empty restaurant nowhere near closing time)
- calamari (dry, chewy)
- washrooms (monthly cleaning schedule?)
The ugly:
- steaks (disgusting, chef does not know what he's doing, if you're gonna be a purist about seasoning then DON'T PUT A WHOLE PEPPER SHAKER ON EVERY BITE, otherwise find a decent recipe for marinade!!!)
Advice for Diners:
Don't waste your time or money. mediocre style, no substance.
Advice for Owners:
Spend as much time on your menu as you did on your decor, pay your waitresses better and send your chef to culinary school.
Napolis hasn't had carpet for seven years, nor is there table clothes. The salad dressing is always on the side, bread is fresh everyday. Barbecue is on from opening until close , and "Mac n' Cheese" is not served at this fine dining Italian restaurant. The most expensive plate at Napolis is a filet mignon. By-laws instruct all smokers to stay to the front of the restaurant, If the individual below who wrote this is such a "world traveler" they would most likely be used to the outrages smokers in all of europe, new york and other hot spots. Napolis doesn't discriminate against any age group and welcomes all. This review is fake. The man or woman who wrote this review is very angry at one of the owners not the service or great food.
Went to Napolis for a friends birthday! Amazing as always, a great way to spend a special evening, food never disapoints. Friends were more than happy with the food and service, can't wait to go back!
